The Internal Information System made available to its interest groups by GRUPO FIRMUS complies with all the requirements established in Law 2/2023. This System allows communications to be made in writing or verbally, or in both ways. The information may be provided either in writing, by postal mail, by email to fulfilling@senexconsultores.es , or through the SAY US App enabled for this purpose, or verbally, by telephone or through a voice messaging system. . At the request of the informant, it may also be presented through a face-to-face meeting within a maximum period of seven days. The communications will be recorded, subjecting the processing of your data to what is established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016. In addition to our internal channel, you can access the external channels of information before the competent authorities, specifically before the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants, AAI, dependent on the Ministry of Justice, either directly or after communication through the corresponding internal channel. (Ministry of Justice) When making the communication, the informant may indicate an address, email or safe place for the purposes of receiving notifications, the App has established a username and password generation system so that the anonymous communicator can access the notifications while maintaining your anonymity.
Without prejudice to the rights that correspond to them according to data protection regulations, the informant can check, rectify and accept the transcription of verbal communications.
Access to personal data contained in the internal information system will be limited, within the scope of its powers and functions, exclusively to those responsible established in Law 2/2023, and its treatment will be carried out in the terms established in said regulation and in the current legislation on the protection of personal data.
Whoever submits a communication through this System has the right not to have his or her identity revealed to third parties.
No data will be obtained that would allow the identification of the informant and we have appropriate technical and organizational measures to preserve the identity and guarantee the confidentiality of the data corresponding to the affected persons and any third party mentioned in the information provided, especially the identity of the informant. in case it had been identified.
The identity of the informant may only be communicated to the judicial authority, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent administrative authority within the framework of a criminal, disciplinary or sanctioning investigation.
